Hi Everyone,

I am able to offer you a  'Holistic and comprehensive'  approach in my  Therapy' sessions and Yoga classes.   In addition to my qualifications listed below, I also have lots of experience in the following Therapies.

I also teach my 'Modern Yoga and Relaxation' (for Adults and over 12 years).  My current ''Modern 
Yoga and Relaxation'  classes,  are held on Sundays and Thursdays in the  mornings, at 11am - 12pm,  
in Caerphilly Leisu.re Centre.

For those who can't attend daytime Yoga and Relaxation classes, I have 45 minute 'Yogalates' classes' on Tuesdays 7pm - 7:45pm in St Cenydd Leisure Centre and Fridays 6:45pm - 7:30pm in Caerphilly Leisure Centre.  

Classes can also be set up in your work place,  or other suitable venue.
